We wanted students who don’t play it safe & provided integrative engineering and materials pedagogy with hands-on curricula. The result is students whose ideal creations are consistent with the reality of individuals and communities in their applications. As ambitious as they are, our students are equally community-minded with a bent (capacity of endurance) on social causes and unafraid to confront difficult and complex issues head-on, challenge the status quo, and drive real-world change.
